ENTRANCE AND DISMISSAL PROCEDURES

• SUNDAY CLASSES: 8:45 - 9:55 am

Arrival: enter via the stairway next to the elevator (North Parking Lot)
Dismissal: will be to the North Parking Lot or to the church for the 10:00 am. Mass.
Parents of Kindergarten and First Grade children are encouraged to come into the building to pick up their children.

NOTE: When picking up your child, please do not block parking spaces. We ask that you park in a space so that traffic moves smoothly in the lot. The parking lot can be a congested area on Sunday mornings.

• MONDAY EVENING CLASSES: 7:15-8:30 pm

Arrival: Students are to use the North Parking Lot (Hillside Avenue)
Students in grades 6-8 are to report to the church for an opening prayer and announcements. Students will then report to their classroom.
Dismissal: All students will be dismissed at 8:30 pm. to the North Parking Lot.

• TUESDAY AFTERNOON CLASSES: 3:30 - 4:45 pm

Arrival: Students in Kingergarten - 3rd grade gather in the church for an opening prayer at 3:30 pm. Students in grades 4-5 report directly to the classroom. Enter the church using either the South Parking Lot ramp into the church or the stairway in the North Parking lot. Grades 4-5 gather in church at 4:30 pm. for prayer and dismissal.
Dismissal: Students will be dismissed at 4:45 pm. to the North and South Parking Lot. Parents should instruct children as to the Lot they are to use for dismissal.
We suggest parents of Grades K-2 children come into the building to pick up their child.
Please park in a parking space when picking up children in the parking lot. Do Not block cars from entering and leaving the parking lot.
LATE ARRIVALS:
• Children arriving late for class may find doors locked and should always use the stairway near the elevator for entrance into the building. A doorbell is located next to the door for entrance. There is usually someone in the office to admit the children to the building. All doors are locked once classes begin.
